I have reported Empire to the BBB and the state. I have scheduled 3 appointments for a repair of the defective blinds I purchased (+$1,000) and each time there was a no call or no show. I have called and have not had my calls returned to me. I have taken off of work on three occasions for their serviceman and nothing. Empire Today is one of the worst, unreliable, and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with.
