In 2016 i made an appt for Empire today to come and give me an estimate of new carpeting for my living room, which i also asked to pay and use the best linner. The carpet after 2 years started to bulge in areas, i called Empire and was told that the install was only a one year warranty. I agreeded to ap again $105.00 for them to come and fix the problem...They made the appt...but i look them up and found thousands of complaints filed....

I still went a head and made the appt was told tech would arrive between the hours of 8 to 8 p.m...I was called by an auto machine the day of appt to confirem...I waitied till 3 p.m called to find out status and was told they could not reach tech..At 4:45 p.m a c/s person called and assured me the tech was on his way and would arrive at 5:15 to %:30...I waited at 5:45 the tech called and asked that i re schedule the apptment cause he was tired had 2 jobs and was in an area not close to me , i asked him were he was and it was 15 min away...he assured me he would be by me soon, ...15 min later a c/s person cvalled to cancel appt cause tech could not make it....I wait all day 9 hrs to be called and told to reschedule, took a day off and had my wife cancel her appt to help in any furnture moving...we moved almost all the items in the living room to get a call at the last min ...with no proper handling of the way this was done ..."A TECH CALLS SAYS HES ON HIS WAY...HE'S TIRED...HE HAS TO GPS TO ME ) I advised him he was 15 min no more from me ...he even said the way i explained the job it would take 20 min...This is not the kind of service a Company should have ...be when they farm out work and then try and tell the public how they handle the work ...The dept of Consumer Affairs in the state the operate should pull there license based on the complaints.....

I will never use or advisde anyone to use there service , and if at any time given the way to file a review i will...
