I closed my Emerge account about 2 years ago. I have been making payments every month to bring it down. It's still almost the same as when I closed my account. I've noticed that they either dont't send you a bill so you will forget your due date and then they double the amount or they send it to you a day or two before it's due. This company should be out of business and brought before a court, judge and jury. It is horrible. I am at my wits end at this point.
