My lost is considerable small but I don't think they should still be in business. I had an agreement in price with one of the company's customer service person Missy. I even received an order confirmation email. However later that same day I received an email saying that my order has been cancelled because they loss money on this. I insisted that they honor their deal. Here is all the correspondence. You be the judge.

I want you to do what is right. And as far as loss is concern, it will depend on your view. If it is the money loss you are looking at yes you will loss money but the more important thing is you will not loss customer confidence and I will be purchasing from you in the future and tell people about your site. And if you don't think that is important then I have nothing more to say.

That might be the case but I still believe you have the obligation to honor the deal as this is not the way to do business.

I am really disappointed about how this is handled.

I really want those glasses. I know it is hard to run a business as I am a business owner myself but I always honor my on mistakes and take the lost.

I hope that you can reconsider.
