Emachines Inc. rip-off! Irvine California
Sent laptop in for a simple over heating problem, recieved laptop back in worst condition and the laptop won't even power on batteries. Was sent new battery and power adapter for replacement because they think that was the problem. Didn't solve anything then they charged me for the power adapter even after I return both parts to them. Would not refund money and won't negotiate anything. Filed to BBB but they didn't do anything.
