Elite IT Home Ripped off Elderly Stuart Internet
I am a 97yr old widow who lives by myself and was on my computer earlier this week when I had a hard time getting into my email. Elite IT Home came on my screen asking if I needed help. I thought it was Hewlett Packard so I said "yes." After they helped me to get in my email they told me it would be $100.00. I was so surprised because they didn't tell me up front they would be charging me anything, and I don't have the money. I didn't know what to do so I gave them my credit card number. I don't know how I am going to be able to pay for this. Please help me.
