I made 5 attempts to contact Elite Concepts regarding the traffic (non traffic) I was getting for my 6/25/08 purchase of 10,000 visitors to my website, www.giftspnw.com. My first 3 contacts were by telephone at 1-877-258-2148. My complaint being that I was getting very little traffic, e.g. my stats for the period 6/26/08 to 7/01/08 was only 22 visitors, per my statcounter.com statistics program, while Build Traffic stats claimed 57 visitors. I had my daily cap set at 250. Even taking BT stats, this is pathetic! On my second call, 7/2/08, I was told that I should set my cap to 1/8 of max, or 1250. I did so, and there was no appreciable improvement. Ultimately, I filed a case with PayPal to try to get them to refund my money. At that time, my stats showed a grand total of 30 visitors, for the period 6/26/08 to 7/3/08 - BT stats show 89 - still pretty sad! I left a phone message on 7/3/08 - it was never returned. Their response to my last PayPal communication on 7/4/08 was a terse "There is no refund due at this time. As noted on our website if you do not get the visitors within 30 days we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining visitors." First of all, I don't believe the "traffic" is real - they will probably dump a few thousand phony "visitors" at the end of the month to meet their "guarantee" and keep my money. I have NO faith in the stories I am getting from Elite - they are liars and frauds - I believe it's all smoke and mirrors! Stay far away from this band of thieves!

Customer was issued a FULL REFUND of his purchase price.

Customer was issued a FULL REFUND of his purchase price despite our company having sent traffic to his site through his own admission. Having been in business providing Internet Marketing for well over a decade, any company is bound to have some customer complaints. First, the customer was using a 3rd party counter; as any knowledgeable webmaster knows these are far from being an accurate measure of true visitors. There are several reasons why 3rd party counters do not provide true stats and these are clearly listed on our website's FAQ. Secondly, as noted on our website our traffic campaigns are set based on a 30 day delivery cycle that apparently this customer did not or refused to understand. The traffic we sell are real people and we can not force people to go online and surf the Internet. As such, visitors numbers tend to be slower at the start of the campaign as they move up in our queue. The customer also stated that he does not believe our traffic is real and we would dump phony visitors to his site prior to the 30 days. This argument makes no sense and is simply a red herring fallacy. If this was the case we would have just sent phony visitors to his site from the start of his campaign and he would have been happy from the high numbers his 3rd party counter showed. As noted, we did issue this customer a FULL refund despite his campaign only running a few days and not the 30 days as our website states. This is because our company prides ourself on keeping everyone who purchased from us happy. Had the customer simply been willing to take the time to understand in more detail how our service works, rather than resorting to unprofessional name calling, I'm sure he would have been another satisfied customer.
