Eldorado inn Valencia Inn A PLACE THAT MADE MY WIFE AND I HOMELESS MORE THAN TWICE!! Anaheim California
There are so many things that happened to my wife and I as a result of just trying to rent a place to be safe and off of the streets. My Wife lived there 5 or actually more than 5 years before we moved in together there. For example, when it came time to move my wife out we looked forward to getting the $50 deposit she had put down almost half a decade earlier. of which was told because she smoked she would not be getting the deposit. Needed to be painted..
I happen to know that once you have occupied a rental for a year, thats automatic it needs to be painted anyways, and should not come out of your deposit. we left it in grest shape. I have lived there on and off for at least 15 years, and never once did we receive a deposit back, as a matter of fact, the last time we stayed there was over a year ago, and we were told because there was a stain on the sheet we were not getting our deposit back.
The 28th day move out day was the worst because not only did we we have a room with all our stuff in it, but we had to rent another room, because they said it was the law. and we have been homeless ever since.
we were told that now we have to take all of our stuff with us, And i specifically asked Matt although we usually paid by the week, if we can continue to pay daily cause i was working for labor ready and barely scraping by, and he said yes. then when we returned the next day, he said we have to pay a full week in order to come back in. so we got cheated and i lost most all the stuff I owned because i had no car and couldnt carry everything on my back.
the rooms were nasty and air didnt work. We got maid service, if you wanna call it that. a towel and a quick vacuum and they were done
This place and the Valencia inn need to be brought down SERIOUSLY
