The below open letter is a result of my MSN Web Group named The Spirit's Room. From that group resulted in my submitting this to the World Wide Web. I have not, to this date, received any public apologies from said church for damages suffered as a result of lies, rumors and gossip spread about me and my family from official members of the United Methodist Church.

"Ignorance Prevails and Education Fails"

To whom it may concern,

Trivia question: What denomination uses the following motto in the entry ways and foyers of most of their churches nationwide..."Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors"?

Trivia answer: The United Methodist Church of America

What does that motto mean in all actuality to them? Open Hearts...we're going to love you only if you meet up with our expectations. Open Minds...our minds are open to you only if you believe in our way only. Open doors...sure come on in, but if we find something out about you that doesn't line up with our views we're going to make life a living Hell on you until you leave on your own accord.

This kind of Ostrich Mentality may not exist within the walls of some churches inside the Methodist regime. However, it does seem to live and breathe where we were attending church. What we don't understand or don't care to understand we can find many faults with. What we fear the most we destroy. And, in the wake of that destruction comes bitterness and a turning away from Christian Churches by the recipients of the attacks levied.

Christians fail the mark when it comes to looking deeper into their own religion and how it lines up and is strikingly similar to Pagan practices including the Christmas Tree, Santa Claus, Easter and other ritualistic ceremonies. They pilfered the cross, fish and dove for their own symbols as well. They would also say they borrowed these things from the Pagans when in all actuality most things were stolen. Then later, what ever the Pagans had left were given evil connotations by very jealous Christian religious leaders trying to undermine Pagan rights. Most Pagans lived under oppression and were to eventually burn for their beliefs. Religious larceny?

Isn't it alarming the number of people that move toward terrorism and want to kill all the Christians? Yet, we wonder why on earth they would want to do that to us. Don't we show the love of Jesus to them? Jesus stands at the doors of each of our hearts knocking. It's up to us to invite Him in and each one of us allow Him to take up residency in our hearts and lives. Christians seem to think they need to huff and puff untill they blow down the hearts of people forcing Jesus on them. My Jesus is a Gentleman, kind, loving and never forces me to do anything against my free will. He also allows me to come to Him just as I am, sinful, broken and longing for Him. The arrogancy of Christianity seems to think the exact opposite.

Frankly with the condemning and guilt driven philosophy of the Christian church universal, is the main reason I walked away from church some 15 years ago vowing never to return. But, alas, I was willing to give it one more chance after many chances in the past. I felt that after a decade and a half of being away, the mindset may have found its way into the new mellinium and become a more accepting environment. I was never more wrong about something in my entire life. For, it seems, that everything within the Christian structure remains the same and nothing ever changes. Small wonder why churches these days are suffering for new members.

I charge this church with breaking the 9th Commandment. I charge this church with tale bearing and back biting. (See the Bible for exact locations). And, I charge this church with misrepresenting Jesus and false advertizement with their alleged moto. Of course, they will say they're not guilty. Why should anyone expect anything other than that? Christians always retort to being right all the time. Yet, we all see through a glass darkly.

They condemn and call evil Wiccans, Shamans, Native American Spirituality and other forms of religions and beliefs without so much as getting a thorough education in these things. Then they proceed to rip them to shreds by calling them Satanic and inherently evil. Ahh, "ignorance is bliss" as they say. Let's remember, Solomon consulted a witch for guidance, Joseph did dream interpretation, the Disciples laid hands on the sick and they were healed and finally Jesus went to the cross and died for charges of witchcraft and herecy toward the church of His time. So, it seems as though I am among good company. And, I haven't even talked about the Spiritual Gifts mentioned in the Bible. Nobody in conventional organized Christian religion ever does. Gifts like Prophesy (ability to predict} and the Decerning of Spirits (Mediumship) just to name a couple. Psychic abilities like Clairvoyance, Clairaudience and Clairsentience permeate the Bible but the Christians would never admit it. But that's a whole other show. They wouldn't dare admit that Christianity is an occult (supernatural, magic) religion.

I sang in your Church's Praise Band, just joined the Choir. I volunteered to help with your Rummage Sale. My son and I performed in a Special Service. We participated in your International Food Festival. We helped construct a Bulletin Board. My wife, son and I served on your Media Team. We loved you warts and all. We stood next to you and worshipped Jesus. I never once tried to push my beliefs off on you. And, for almost a year of near perfect attendance, loyalty and dedication have been treated with disrespect, inconsideration for our feelings and ingnorance. My family and I have suffered as a result of the venomous lies being spread throughout town originating from your church. The Eldora United Methodist Church in Eldora, Iowa. Where is judgement supposed to come from? All this and we weren't even official members of your Church.

Anyway, I said all of the above to say this, before you make a decsion to join an alleged Body of Christ in a Christian chuch, make sure you have a clean background, no website dedicated to other religions, acceptance and tolerance along with universal and unconditional love. And, make very sure you don't ever use your full name anywhere on the Internet. The wolves are rampant inside Christian churches everywhere seeking whom they may destroy and commit spiritual homicide for their own gains and agendas.

Christian Churches: Are they Hotels for Saints and fast becoming glorified social elitist clubs? Or are they really doing the number one job of every Christian Church...winning souls for Jesus and being Hospitals for Sinners? You make the call.

Actually it was saul that consulted with the witch and as punishment you will see that he and his sons all died by the next day by declaration of God. Also, if you believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and savior, you cannot be pagan. You can believe in one belief system or the other. If you attempt to believe in both, it will create a dualistic mindset within you. It will work for only a short time if at all. You will constatnly find yourself in a seeming spiritual battle within yourself. He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the father, but by me" I will agree that the church has become prideful and many do not know christ at all. But paganism is not entirely correct either. You must work to understand God before you can understand his ways. Hypocrites stand in every religion and walk of life. Not just in one place. You have a choice. Act or react. Everyone stands for their own actions in the end, before the true ancient of days. If they have wronged you, they will be responsible for it. Remember that for forgiveness, there must be repentence. However also remember that touching one of God's anointed unrighteously leaves you wide open for the wrath of God. God is a God of love and he does love us, but he does so with the full love of a father. Perhaps the church is really just afraid of false views permeating their church. The whole thing that christians stole pagan traditions is true to a certain extent, which no, christians should not honor those holidays either. But it reamains trued that there is one true God by many names. But not all that claim to be God are that God, and this should also be taken into consideration. God made us the way that he has for reasons, and when you consider the gifts, you have to wonder who counterfeited who? Remember that one God created the universe. People are able to channel help from the holy spirit and from angelic counsel, but at the same time, the fallen angels and the fallen ones of old are also able to use the channels because their powers are yet with them. If you want to catch a mouse.. Do you put out a mouse trap in plain sight, or do you lure it with something that to it seems good. You should reconsider which is the counterfeit. But on the holiday thing, I agree. We as christians were told to hold one thing in remembrence and that is done in communion in the remembrance of the words of christ at the last supper and the sacrifice on the cross, and the partaking of the holy spirit. Really we are not to believe in mythical figures that bring us magical things. I have been wiccan, practiced reiki, studied bhuddism, shamanism, native american medicine magick, hands of light energy science and healing, and general new age practice and philosphy. I am now christian again, although I can understand things that most others cannot and I realize that many christians do not understand the spiritual relationship with Christ or even to begin to know how to have one. I understand some of where you are coming from. I'm sorry that you feel hated. But you should also know that it is disrespectful to bring any pagan practices or pagan studies into the church. Any christian should not refuse you as long as you are honest about wanting to fellowship and worship Jesus Christ. But at the same time, you must understand that bounderies are required. The laws of the bible, save the inspired epistles by paul to the churches were mainly spoken into writing by God himself. There is a difference between divine word of knowledge and intuition or "consulting the akashik book of records" which is proposterous in itself. In the book of revelations it does state that the only one worthy of opening that book of life, is Jesus. I hope it works out for you. God Bless
