Eileen Daly-Sapriacone brings her feminist personal gender bias to the child support Part and courtroom of the Nassau County Family Court. Her day-to-day behavior not only baffles litigants and parents but also befuddles legal counselors that have been practicing in the Nassau Family Courthouse for over 20 years. Statements like “I have never seen anything like this woman” and “She has no idea of the procedures and standards of the support court” are common place as individuals exit her courtroom. The one common element, the women constantly leave her courtroom smiling, as she makes it very visible that she is biased towards men and that she is aligned with her female litigants.
Daly-Sapraicone’ prejudice towards men extends to all races. Her behavior and power-hungry demeanor is condescending and intimidating, violating every standard set forth by the State of New York for the judiciary. I would implore the judicial review board to review the electronic recordings from her courtroom. Her transcripts seem to be edited and void of statements she actually made in court.
It isn’t clear if she is racist or if it is strictly a feminist position of hers but she is clearly gender-biased. Her history as a Domestic Violence prosecutor has clearly skewed her ability to view men fairly and as a result, she cannot treat male litigants and attorneys with the same fairness as she does females. In fact, her biased even violates law and judicial conduct rules of the Nassau County Family Court.
Eileen Daly-Sapraicone ran for a Nassau County judgeship and thank God that she was defeated. Ironically, her only visible support was from her family members. This woman should not be allowed on the bench in any capacity. Her decisions subject her victims to unwarranted imminent jail time and completely violates the legal New York State standards of Child Support. Magistrate Eileen Daly-Sapraicone is a bitter woman sitting on the bench with literally no regard for State law and New York State Child Support Guidelines. She is proving to be a rogue and her behavior is absolute judicial misconduct. Eileen Daly-Sapraicone must be removed from the role of Magistrate in the Nassau County Family Court, Support Part.
