I purchased a IceBear Chopper in full going by the picture i saw on the internet and speaking with Ed the salesman that took my money sent me a chopper with black luggage racks not chrome...so I called him and called him and he just stalled for time until my 30day warranty was up then he said to me oh that sounds like the parts department so he sends me back to the parts department after talking too him everyday for over a month then Jerry in the parts department says ya your way past your warranty and nobody is gonna do anything about this. IPURCHASED THIS MOTORCYCLE WITH ED LEADING ME TO BELIEVE I WAS GETTING CHROME LUGGAGE RACKS AND IT CAME IN BLACK.
I purchased a IceBear Chopper because of the look it had on the internet and Ed the sales man said yes it will look just like that when you get it. So after waiting a month and a half for it to get delivered it came with black luggage racks and i ordered chrome just like the picture looks online. So i called Ed back and spoke with him and he dilly dalied around for a month not really giving me any answers then one day after calling him for several weeks straight he says oh thats the parts department. Jerry in parts said NO your way past your parts warranty and you will have to buy the chrome luggage racks.
Rip-off Rip-off Rip-off
I can garauntee you will never get what you ordered from Saferwholesale.com find another place to do business with youll be much happier you did.
somebody needs to sue saferwholesale even if its a class action suit and shut this place down
they scam scam scam and people work hard for their money and they take it from them and it doesnt bother them one bit
i can garuantee they dont have a problem sleeping at night
