We bought IG from ECO Insulating glass Inc, 1416 BonhillRoad Mississauga, Ont. L5T 1L3, Canada. In total 193 units QUAD SC75 with Heat Mirror film and filled with krypton in April 2009.

ECO-INSULATIIONG GLASS QUAD SC75 www.ecoglass.ca/film-options Heat Mirror IG EASTMAN www.eastman.com/Brands/HeatMirror/Residential/Pages/How_It_Works.aspx

The first unit implode in 2015 we had no idea what happend. We reported the problem to ECO Insulating glass Inc. (Glenn MacEachern) on 29 Nov. 2016 after two more units imploded.

After many emails with ECOGLASS and 4 more imploded units we decided to have a glass expert Ir. W.F. Westgeest from Bouwkans to make an official report in the hope that this would convince Glenn MacEachern Vice President - Sales ECO Insulating Glass Inc. that we have a very serious problem and that the 193 units faultly produced QUAD SC75 units with Heat Mirror film and krypton will all implode or leak in the near future.

See the full report on: http://insulating-glass-film-problem.weebly.com

See some of the email correspondence strings with Glenn MacEachern from ECO Insulating glass Inc on: http://insulating-glass-film-problem.weebly.com

On 24 August 2017 we got the most horrifying letter from a lawyer STEPHEN WALTERS www.business-law.biz stating that breakage is exempted from warranty. See the letter on: http://insulating-glass-film-problem.weebly.com

Neither Glenn MacEachern nor Stephen Walters seem to care about the fact that there is a high risk of injuries by glass parts falling down from the windos (i have two daughters). Their reaction is incredible the breakage is caused by a production error using the wrong sealant maybe in combination with Heat Mirror. This is clearly described in the report and a widely know problem.

There are many links on-line where the problem is described very clearly. This problem was known already in 1999 and ECO Insulating glass Inc. www.ecoglass.ca produced the 193 faulty units in 2009 and does not want to take any responsibility. They have to hire a lawyer to send me an email that breakage does not fall under their warranties. How low can you go.

If there is anybody out there that can help me convince ECO GLASS that they made a big misstake please contact me?
