Ecklund Logistics Cut pay without notice Neenah Wisconsin
Started with Ecklund at 51 cpm with almost 20 years OTR experience, I did not hide the fact of my lack of knowledge or use of eld's, I was told I'd have 90 days to learn the system. At the end of my 90 they stated I had gotten much better and seemed proficient with the eld's. Still yet the first check after my 90 was about 1/3rd than normal. I was told due to my previous eld errors during my trial period I would no longer be making 51cpm. I put in my notice after trying to rectify this pay deduction without notice. Like many companies out there they too will find ways to screw the driver.
