I ordered 3lbs. of med. lavender Jordan Almonds and 2lbs. of bright white Jordon Almonds at the end of August. My daughters wedding is Oct. 2nd and I wanted to get the almonds fresh for her wedding favors. After two weeks and not receiving the almonds I emailed Karen and she emailed back that they had been sent out on or around the beginning of Sept. I again emailed Karen stating that I still had not rec. the package and she indicated on Sept. 8th that UPS had lost several packages and that she had resent the order out to me on Tues. Sept. 7th.

I emailed her back on the 9th. of Sept. and requested a tracking number for the first package and the second one that she mailed out the beginning of Spet. and the one she shipped out on Sept. 7th. I still have not received a email back from her. My husband also emailed asking for tracking numbers and did not get a response.

Now I have to go out and buy other Jordan Almonds locally and hopefully can find the colors I need in such a short time. It's too bad that there are people out there that have no remorse for things that they do and the people they hurt.

A prompt shipment was made to this customer, well in time for the wedding. This customer panicked in response to reading the very few complaints posted on sites such as this which represent about one hour's worth of orders. eBulkCandy.com
