Easysoft Tech Support David I was signed up for tech support with sweetypeters, I had to get help with a computer problem early in June. After that I was led on a wildgoose chase trying to find a solution for a problem I came to realize did not exist. David kept wanting to use ITunes cards using my credit card. I fell for it hav ended up out of pocket about $1200. I am a fool to have allowed this to happen Tomball Texas
It started with a my call to easysoft support #1-844-778-1735 which I had been given as the contact number. I found myself talking to David whose number turned out to be 1-832-422-8591. Initially he took control of my computer then went on telling me that I needed to go to the store and but an ITunes card. I did 1, but then he needed more. I refused but he said could get the through PayPal whic, foolishly I did several times. He kept assuring me that the amount I spent would be refunded to my card. He was loud and abusive at times and I hung up several times but he repeatedly called back. I have just received my Visa printout and there is no refund at all.
I have called the 1-844-778-1735 number to cancel this service but cannot get through to anyone.
