EARTHLINK.NET NORTON 360 EARTHLINK.NET SELLS SCAM NORTON 360 PRODUCT Internet
Earthlink.net is a Fraud, selling other services to their customers which they do not back up, while charging the big bucks for their services. They pretends to sell Norton 360 Antivirus protection, and state their own tech support is there to back up Norton's. FALSE!!! YOU'll get hours and hours of run arounds with earthlink's tech department when Norton 360 doesn't work--they will tell you to Unistall then reinstall the Norton 360 sveral times in one day SHAMELESSLY! when a virus intrudes through the Norton 360 "antivrus" protection. bUT THEIR TECHS WILL not fix the issue, WILL NOT BACK UP THEIR GUARANTEES, AND WILL SUGGEST YOU SEE A COMPUTER TECHNICIAN. APPALLING!!! WORST scam masquerading as a trusted company. BUYER BEWARE!!! Close your earthlink account, buy over the counter virus protection at 1/4 the price earthlink charges and STAY AWAY FROM EARTHLINK....and Norton 360. Ever try to contact NORTON?? 'nUF SAID.
