Earthlink & Direcway are unreliable ripoffs. They make false claims & false advertisements. Atlanta, Georgia
Satellite connection is extremely slow or won't connect. I am looking into the possibility of suing Earthlink and Direcway for breech of contract, false advertising and making false claims. I have had the service since March 2002 and the problems are ongoing.
