earthlink lies ripoffs and they got the money atlanta georgia
i had to change isps because they went out of business
i went to earthlink because they were a nationally known company that could provide me with a static ip
i got it hooked up and it did not work
i talked to tech support for hours at a time they finally discovered it was because they assigned an ip address to me and another person
it was supposed to be fixed before the 1st as promised and of course it wasn't
i asked them if they were not gonna fix it let me out of a contract fee that would cost ms 130.00 and they said i signed it i am stuck
i have been ripped off by them and they just don't care
