Okay guys here is the deal.. I got my money back and this is what I did. After the bank deducted the 199.95 from my account, I called and got the phone number to the agency that deducted it. The agency name is American Credit Solutions or ACF Purchase. The phone number is 1-800-470-0907. I called on a Monday and they told me to call back the next day because their financial records were not their. I called back the next day and immeadiately asked the representative for a supervisor. I spoke with Maria Banker and she told me that she would put in the system and request a refund. I explained to her the situation and she informed me that "American Credit Solutions" bought e-credit solutions. Okay, I followed up on the next day to make sure that I was going to get a refund and the representative told me it would hit my account on the following Monday. The money was back in my account within a week of my phone call. You must be stern and uncompromising when requesting a refund. However, do try to be as polite as possible, you do not want to make them upset, therefore delaying your refund. The address to this company is 4618 Haleaves St. Suite 102 Tampa, FL. There is one more thing. When you signed up for this service, e-credit solutions shared your information with various other agencies. You might notice that you are receiving membership information from places you did not even sign up. You need to call and cancel the services because if you don't they will debit your checking account. I hope the info is helpful. Don't give up and don't listen to anyone that says you can't get your money back!
