Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I recieved a letter from a "recovery center" stating they were contacting me on behalf of AT@T for a wireless bill of $678.53. I found this strange since I have been with T-mobile for the last 15 years and have NEVER used AT@T. I tried to call the phone rang and rang with no answer, so decided they must of made a mistake. even though they seemed to contain the last 4 digits of my s.s.

Sometime later(couple of weeks) my boyfriend recieves a call and message from dynamicrecovery. He calls them back and the call was for me.  I spoke to a man informing that I owed this debt and that I needed to pay the monies as soon as possible and that they could lower the amount owed and that the call is being recorded. I kindly informed him that at no time in my exsistance have I ever been a customer or used the services of AT@T. He told me thats what everyone says that people just dont remember. that I should just pay, cause everyone come up with that excuse.  At this point I got angry and told him I'm not everybody and he should respect what I'm saying because I've never had any account with this company. He continued to argue with me, I finially yelled out at what pierod of time did this bill occur, and he just responded that it was some time ago. I began fuming and my boyfriend was screaming scam scam, i just couldnt stay on the phone any longer, so I hung up.

It made me nervous that this person kept insisting that this bill was mine, and that I was responsible for it. Thats when I decided to investigate and found this website. I definitely felt a little relieved but wanted to be sure no one stole my identity.  I look up their site and as soon as I click on I had a funny feeling that I should be doing this, then some numbers like percentages looked like it was loading upsomething it got to 60 percent and I logged off. It was wierd. Anyway, I called AT@T and spoke with a nice guy Alex and told him my situation he was very helpful and told me they had no info at all about me. That was the best news. He shared with me his own experience with a company calling him wanting to lower his credit card rates, and so happens he had no credit cards and called up and ask them which ones they wanted to lower and they hung up.  I know I'm not the only one going through this, there are so many scams out there, so be careful people dont believe everything find out for yourself the truth, and save your piece of mind.
