HE DRIVES AN OLDER NAVY BLUE TOYOTA TRUCK (early 90's to mid 90's model)
HISPANIC (PROBABLY IN HIS MID TO LATE 20'S)
ABOUT 5'8 MAYBE 5'9
CAME WITH HIS WIFE OR GIRLFRIEND (LIGHTER SIDE OF SKIN COLOR)

He went by the name of Henry for our job here.
He was hired to fix our fridge. He had told us that it was the compressor... ok thats common enough... So he gives an estimate for a "new" part under his business warranty.... Sounded a bit high so i did my research while he was here and found the part to be a lot cheaper... I understand that a guy's gotta make a few bucks to feed the family.... I
offered to buy the part myself and pay him for the labor. He immediately drops his price, still higher than what I could find. He goes on to explain that we would need to buy it through him because we may buy the wrong part and it would not be covered by his SHADY warranty.... It is not hard to find a part number and order but we decided to trust the guy.... HUGE MISTAKE!!
He installs his compressor, which looks very much used... not really a huge deal as long as it worked and he was honest enough to stick by his warranty..... Now our fridge is off for the worse. A lot warmer than it was before he "repaired" ours. So we call him back to come back because we had just bought a lot of food for the 4th of july weekend bbq.... He
refuses to come back to check out the problem and now does not return calls.....
Hired a professional and he tells us Henry gave a BS diagnosis and just took us for a large amount of money... The whole time, the problem was a thermostat... Which was hundreds on hundreds of dollars cheaper.
