I recently purchased a Dry Divas Shower Cap from Neiman Marcus, and was excited to find a product line made in the USA. After using my shower cap just 1 time, I was extremely disappointed with the purchase I had made, and wish I had never bought it in the first place. Normally I would not take the time to complain, however when you are paying $30 for a shower cap you hope it's going to last you a while. For starters when I received my Dry Divas cap, it came in a really tacky box, that looked like it was probably made by a grade school studen.
When I took it out of the box to try it on, and was putting it over my head I heard something snap. I immediatley tried to see what had snapped, but could notice anything at first. It was when I got out of the shower, and took off my cap that I noticed it was the elastic stitching that had come apart. I immediately called Neiman Marcus, who told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. I called Dry Divas, and left a message. A nice woman named Colleen called me back, and told me she would replace the cap for free, but said she would have to call me back to get my shopping information. She never called back, which is horrible customer service.
This product is very cheaply made, and I told both Neiman Marcus the same thing. When you are paying good money for a product, especially one made in America, you want it to last and this one did not. I went online, and found a company called Betty Dain, and I loved it!! I would highly recommend buying a Betty Dain over this Dry Divas brand. Betty Dain might be made in China, but they are hands down a way better design and quality!
