My debit account at my Bank was charged $5.26. Nothing had been ordered and no explanation was given or a phone number to dispute the charge. Have reason to believe it was connected with the Bromalite Company or the fit Factory affliated with Bromalite. I cancelled my order when I found out what they were doing, but could not get a cancellation number on the fit factory which I did not order. I am still presuing to get this resolved. $5.26 may not be a large sum but it is mine/not theirs.

I had the same charge (plus another for $31.82) on my debit account. When I checked with my wife I found that she had ordered a 'free' sample from the website yourownperfectface.com The $5.26 charge is for shipping $4.95 and tax on the 'free' product. The $31.82 was for another product that they added to the order page. If you didn't read the page carefully you didn't realize you were adding another product to the order for $29.95 plus tax. It get's better from there. You have 14 days from the time you ordered to cancel the free sample before they bill you $79.95. Then you have 30 days from the time you ordered to be billed another $79.95. $159.90 in the first 30 days for a 'free sample! This is directly from the website yourownperfectface.com - includes the number you will need to call. By agreeing to the terms of the Agreement, Customer automatically receives 14-day trial to the Program. Customer has 14 days to try the Program and decide whether to accept the Program full-time. Prior to the expiration of the 14-day trial period, Customer may cancel its subscription by calling Lift Sp's toll-free number at 1-866-897-2464 or writing to Lift Sp, 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes, DE 19958. Should Customer fail to cancel its subscription, its Subscription with Lift Sp will become active and Customer will be billed $79.95 on the 15th day after its trial begins, and 15 days from todays date of acceptance of trial offer so that you do not run out of Lift SP and then again 30 days thereafter for your monthly auto ship supply of Lift SP. If Customer's payment is not submitted either by credit card or check within 30 days of the due date, Customer's Lift Sp Supply will be suspended. If Customer wishes to cancel and not be billed, Customer must call 1-866-897-2464 or write to Lift Sp, 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes, DE 19958. Customer also agrees to monthly billing. Customer expressly agrees to honor all charges and fees due.
