Dream Vacation Passport and Premier AAM My Travel Vacations Demanding calls for money Sarasota Florida
10/15/18. Received strange call from someone identifying herself as the Customer Service and Legal Manager for Dream Vacation Passport demanding I pay $1,789 for back due fees. I told her I was not interested in being part of them, have not heard from them in years, and I was surprsed the state of FL had not shut them down. She kept trying to use the word "case number" in an effort to make me believe she had filed a lawsuit already. When asked what state she had filed, she stumbled, saying IN where I live (I do not) and then FL because they are located in Sarasota where they have been in business for 18 years. When I would not agree that I owed them any money, she said that travel development might be able to help me terminate our relationship.
So sure enough a Chicago based number called me to "help." His explanation was about 45 minutes. He did finally email a contract outlining his plan to help: I pay him $499 TODAY by PayPal and Premeir Advertising And Marketing (PAAM/PremierAAM) will sell whatever it is they were trying to say I own and guarantee they will mail me a certified check of $7000 to $9000 within 18 months. The contract is a joke. I asked for 24 hours to consider, probably have it reviewed by an attorney.... nope, had to decide right now and commit to get the $499 to him immediately. Since I was asking for 24 hours to review, he could not help me, would let the first lady know, and she could deal with me. Sure enough, my phone has been ringing a good amount this afternoon from her number and some other unknown numbers.
I have contacted the FL Attorney General's office. I hope anyone in similar situation will also contact them.
