After we bought the home from dream finder and went to closing at there tilte company and there morgage company, we find out the HOA fee that they talked about is not and HOA fee its a $30000.00 up charge to regular fee of home . We ended up with 2 HOA fees. After calling amenities center we come to find out there is only 1 HOA fee.

To whom it may concern,
The complaint filed against Dream Finders Homes for falsely disclosing HOA fees is very vague. In order to begin to gain an understanding of what the complaint is about we need more information.
Disclosing HOA, CDD fees is a Florida Law and is part of every purchase and sale agreement we execute. There are typically not HOA fees that amount to $30,000. Anything with this range would more than likely be a CDD fee, which is a Community Development District fee initiated by the developer of the community. This fee is assessed on the property tax bill and is created to fund the community infrastructure. This is not a Builder assessed fee.
An HOA fee is the maintenance fee also associated with a community to either maintain common areas of a community or if in a townhome environment, external maintenance of the building.
At Dream Finders Homes, we take customer service very seriously. We understand that purchasing a home is the one of the largest investments a consumer will make, therefore, we take pride in building a trusting relationship with our buyers.
Can you please provide what community you purchased your home in and what lot number. From this information, I will be able to look through your purchase agreement and disclosures and hopefully provide an explanation or at least a reason.
