Dr Mark Blotcky Psychiatrist knowingly filed a false psychiatric diagnosis Dallas Texas
I was required to visit with Dr Mark Blotcky by my employer, I had filed a police report against a co-worker, at that time my employer took me out of service.
In one hours time Dr M Blotcky diagnosed me as DELUSIONAL/PARANOID/HAVING A SEVERE PSYCHIATRIC DISORDER REQUIRING ANTI-PSYCHOTIC MEDICATION, UNFIT FOR DUTY... Mr Blotcky had the police report in hand and 2 items that I had posted on my facebook page. His parting words to me were: "my advice to you is, jump through the hoops that the company wants you to, see a psychiatrist for a few sessions then get back to work!!"
In other words PLAY THE GAME. He knowingly filed a false medical diagnosis. A medical record is a legal document. I had to contact a DOT regulatory authority to verify that this did not affect my government issued license. So far it hasn't
I was taken out of service and could not get this diagnosis refuted for several months. I absolutely refused to take any anti-psychotic medication.
After 8 months of seeing psychiatrist and psychologists, I am finally back to work. It was incredibly tough to get a "fit for duty" diagnosis considering the work that I do. It was nearly impossible to get his diagnosis refuted.
I have asked that this record be deleted and then I will start with the next psychiatrist who followed his cue. DR M Camp, UT Southwestern, Dallas.

I also wanted to mention that I flied a complaint with American Psychiatric association and with the Texas Medical Board, Neither one amounted to anything but when I was suppose to return to see him through the company that I work for, HE REUSED to see me because of all the complaints that I filed
I hope you pursue your case through legal channels, he needs his license revoked

Mark Blotcky is a dangerous dangerous man and shouldn't be permitted to continue causing irrevocable harm. This man gets "retained" by one party to advance their agenda against another party. It's sick, and most likely against the ethics he swore to abide by as a physician. Do not, do not, do not employ Dr. Mark Blotcky. And, if you're already involved with him, find out fast if he's been retained to work against you. It's truly sickening and frightening to know a MEDICAL DOCTOR can be bought and paid for to develop a false narrative. All attorneys and judges should beware of this dangerous dangerous man.
