First, you need to read your complaint before you make it public because none of it made sense. Second, how do you know the person on the other end of the phone is black? You must have special powers. Lol. And besides, so what if she was black. Would you not have filed a complaint if the person on the end of the phone was white or a different race? I'm not saying you don't have a right to complain but what does the person's ethnicity have to do with how you were treated?
