My story is about the FIXIT Scratch repair product. From the looks of the commercial.. it clearly says you can have the repair pens, the simonize waxing, the cloths to put the simonize on with and a high powered vacuum ALL FOR $19.95.
When I called up to order the ONE product.. there were at least 6 products that they force you to hear every detail about. Each product they say is FREE but the shipping and handling of each of these products were at least $10 - $15.00.
IF you were to get all these FREE products... it would cost you about $75.00 (It might be more)in just shipping fees. Then it tells you that you will automatically be part of a travel membership program for $14.95 a month and you have to call them up within 30 days to cancel it if you dont want it. You do NOT have the option to tell them that you don't want it, its automatic and....THERE IS NO NUMBER OR WAY TO CALL or contact THEM ANYWHERE!!!!
This is simply highway robbery. Now you have to fight with your charge card company (which is a punishment) to cancel the membership. By the way.. there is NO WAY to cancel the order once you give them your charge card. They have your card and THEN they tell you that your membership is automatic. There is NO way to stop it.
Its not worth it.
Its cheaper and less stressful to take your car to a body shop than to have them lock
up your charge card with automatic payments. Its a terrible experience. I wish I knew this before I made that first call and ordered it. Its a PUNISHMENT.

There is a way to get your money. Ask for a supervisor or ELSE threaten with a class action law suit. There ARE enough of us who got scammed out there and they know this because they are reading these negative postings online. I got my money back over the phone. CALL THIS NUMBER 262-796-2018 AND ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR OR YOU WILL SUE THEM. SAY YOU ARE AWARE OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BEING FORMED AND YOU WILL JOIN IT IF THEY DON'T CREDIT YOU THE MONEY. Please get the word out to everyone so other innocent people don't fall victim to this scam.
