Big promises (aka lies) and nothing but excuses including vacuum burns and blacktop on the streets for reasons why Jesse did such horrible work. He will argue with you even when you are pointing right at the dirty areas and tell you that they are clean. Old rusty equipment and poor workmanship. I requested a refund and he said he doesn't give refunds. I'm having a qualified pro come out to do the job right. STAY AWAY is my advice. This guy is sleazy.
