Donald Perryman Terroristic Ramifacations, working for the system, using the system for self deeds abused & mistreated Saranac Lake New York

The small town of Saranac Lake, NY may seem to many to be "All American City/Town" I, however, cannot be convinced this is true.
If you look deeper into the politics' of this small community, you will see the dishonest police officers, that I do.
For example, I would love to know, how a officer of the law can side step 42 (fortytwo) charges, and still manage to be premoted to Chief of Police. Donald Perryman accomplished this feat.
Donald Perryman also did something completely againist any lawful moral or honor code. While COP Perryman and another officer, one under his command, were in uniformDonald Perryman pulled his service arm and told this other officer, as to what, exactly he'd testify to in court.
Does any of this sound honest to you? How can I be proud of such decit? And, how can I have respect for a police department that can't even respect their selves enough to keep thier health and fittnes squared away. How can they be trusted to run a well balenced lawful system. They CAN'T, it's time for a change for justice in Saranac Lake.
Take a look at the S.L.P.D. they look like the before pic's of the Subway diet program.
But if justice ever reaches Saranac Lake NY then I'll bet these officers will have alot of time to think about what they did while thier in prison. It's said they like ex-cops in prison.
