Complaint Review: DONALD CRONIN TODD/SANDRA JUSTIN - Altamonte Springs Florida

 My name is Monica George & I am the ex-employee who successfully sued T.J. in Small Claims court & won. All of those morning meetings where he would get emotional & cry during those "ethical standards" meetings..... lol. Just google State of New York v Todd Justin, it's truly shocking but absolutely true. PUBLIC RECORD.

Donald Cronin Responds:

Lets start with the subject line. It implies that I am responsible for the payment of commissions, and  I am also responsible to pay for services provided, and I am part of the term “they”.

Absolutely incorrect. I never have, then or now,  been involved with payment of commissions/services provided.  I am an independent agent.

The first paragraph includes my name stating “misrepresentation”, “cheat you out of pay”, “did not ask for proof Daniella was a real agent”, “would not let me sign an annuity contract”, “efforts to collect payment failed”.  All false statements by Daniella concerning Donald Cronin.

I did not hire Daniella.

Did not let Daniella “sign an annuity contact”. That is correct. She was not appointed with any Annuity company.

My understanding, Daniella was hired for telemarketing service. Therefore, confirmation “as a real agent” was not required.

On 3-31-16, Daniella called me wanting money for her telemarketing service.

What Daniella fails to state is that I took it upon myself to pay her $240.00, out of my own pocket.

Daniella also fails to state, on same day she was paid, she brought her husband in to interview for same telemarketing position.

Daniella also fails to state that she signed a receipt for payment on 4-1-16, for $240.00, for telemarketing service. Two months prior to her posting this.

Statement by Don Cronin “you quit”.  After she was paid, Daniella fails to state she was a no call/no show for several days.

As far as Daniella statement for "condolences for my wife".  My wife will attest she has nothing to be consoled for. She will further attest that I served my country for 20 years in the United States Coast Guard. That I have prior to this , and continue to have a successful Insurance career, WITH OUT A SINGLE BLEMISH.

As far as the other reply’s….The statement “they” is used, and used often. That infers Donald Cronin in the term “they”. As I stated before, I was not then, now or have I ever been involved in any aspect of the business practices/decisions, including the payment of commissions.

 Repeatedly I have been asking these unprofessional people for money owed to me.  I was told by Todd I would be sent a list of charge backs explaining why I am not receieveing the remainder of my commisions. Charge Backs aren't possible because we are well past the nine months. In fact they pocket the commision beyond the nine month advance.

I have called and texted Sandra on several occasions because utlimatly Todd has no say.. He is nothing without her license.  He is unable to become licensed in the state of Florida due to his past business ventures.

I have asked Sandra repeatedly for an explanation with no response.  They have stolen money from me and my children.  I will be filing a full report on them as well and will be taking them to court.

Born and raised here I don't appreciate people coming to my town and ripping people off. 

I will share this with other agents with whom they have taken advantage of. They need to be stopped. And they can't say I haven't tried to resolve this with them without it coming to this.  I feel really bad for Sandra having a husband put her in this situation.

Daniella:

Don't believe them.  When Monica George left they did the same thing to her, this was Todd and Sondra before Don Cronin went to work with them.  After she was fired, they kept her money, she had to take them to court in Orlando to get it back.

When Randy Patrizz, Brad Barnard and Steve Burgess left he  kept their commissions, told them he would pay them over 12 months in case of charge backs.  Had it notarized, then paid them part of the money, now he and Sondra changed the name of he company and is keeping the rest of their commissions.  

When Lance Sawyer left, they signed his name to an Agent Business Transmittal Form (Sondra did) and tried to keep his Humana commissions.  She admitted to Humana she did this.  The investigation is ongoing.  

When Debra Gross left, they tried to keep her commissions, she called American Senior Benefits and was told she had to work it out with Todd.  She went back to work for them until she got her commissions, then she quit again.  

You are lucky you left when you did.  I hope you get your money, but don't count on it.

Today I was contacted by Sandra and Todd Justin, who were both understandably upset and offended by my report. They claimed no knowledge of any fraudulent activities in addition to claiming no knowledge of any miscommunications between Don Cronin and myself.

According to Sandra Justin, they pay their agents fairly and are more than happy to pay me commission based on services rendered. Both Sandra and Todd were extremely upset that I did not contact them directly after the dispute between myself and Don Cronin occurred.

For my part, Don Cronin told me he was witing to hear back from Todd so I had the direct impression that Todd was fully aware and taking an active part in denying payment and not allowing me to return to work.

Both of the Justin's and myself are hoping for a successful resolution.
