At the time Donald and I separated in our marriage in December 1998, we were living in Seattle, Washington. He was a private contractor through a company called CDI, working through them for an employer. That was the last known employer. He worked for 3 different contracting firms at that time, the other 2 are unknown to me at this time. One of the companies he consulted for through a contracting firm called me, accusing me of keeping their equipment from him, because he told them I kept it and he couldn't continue working. This, of course, was a lie. I would've gladly turned over any equipment so he could continue making money.
He usually finds work where he's a contractor, writing computer software for companies such as Intel in the Portland, Oregon area, but usually through software consulting companies so that they pay him through his sole-proprietorship organization, Blackwolf Software, to avoid using his social security number. Northwest Software in Portland, Oregon, helped hide his identity, using his business license and number. I do not know what his business Federal Tax ID number is, but it was last listed under the name Blackwolf Software, registered in Oregon. NW Software in Portland was served papers at one time and he was known to be working for them through Blackwolf Software but since he wasn't listed by his real name, he was able to evade authorities. He continues to do these sort of activities, threatening that if they expose him, he will quit his contracts. He has walked away from numerous employment opportunities when discovered to evade his paychecks being garnisheed. He claims indigency in courts and since he has no bank account in his own name (last known bank account was with Wells-Fargo bank, a branch in the Portland, Oregon area, under Blackwolf Software, and he never kept more than $1000 in that account at any one time, using it just to cash his checks), hasn't filed taxes since 1991, no one can seem to locate him. I believe he has a safe deposit box somewhere, probably under some alias, to store his money. Before our divorce, he hid his money in that way regularly, though he refused to discuss his finances or show where he stored his money.
He is a violent and dangerous man and I was forced to end my marriage to avoid further abuse and even death threats. He was convicted and given penalty for violating the restraining order I had against him.
We separated December 1998, after 18 years of marriage. Our divorce was final February 2000, granted in the Seattle courthouse. He refused to hire an attorney because he trusts no one and believes everyone is out to screw him over. He tried to evade all child support even though he was earning 100,000+ annually, telling the judge he was currently unemployed from my taking away his equipment (I had proof I returned it to him, our landlord as witness, in photographs within one month of our separation).
Donald was originally ordered to pay $2000/month in child support and $800 in maintenance. When the divorce was finalized, the judge changed the child support to $1200, but Donald tried to say he could only afford $300/month. From December 1998 until present (December 2001), he has paid a total of $300 in child support, which he was forced to pay by the court when he was thrown in jail for nonpayment.
Because the Family Services found abuse reports to be substantiated with hospital records and his conviction by jury of violation of the restraining order, he was ordered to supervised visitation with his children until they could evaluate his behavior around them. He never attempted to register with the agency to provide supervised visitation. He reprimanded the judge, telling him that he had a legal right to see his children unsupervised and claimed discrimination. The supervision agency told me that they wouldn't allow him visitation until his child support was current. But he never even tried to register.
The last time Donald saw his children was in April 1999, when he violated the restraining order by attempting to break into my car while I was locked inside, with the children watching. He was supposed to be picking them up for visitation *in front of the police station no less!* but instead forced my door open and frightened us all. He was thrown in jail for that incident and thrown in jail another time for non-payment of support. The longest sentence he served was 19 days in jail. The judge let him off both times. Donald has even been so bold as to walk right into the Seattle courthouse in downtown Seattle to file lawsuits against me (since he has no attorney and works strictly pro se), and stroll right back out, with this arrest warrant hanging over his head.
I believe that Donald is possibly living somewhere in the Seattle area, that he is either remarried or living with a woman who has 4 children. I was almost certain I saw him with the woman and children on Labor Day weekend 2001. He most likely has nothing in his name and everything in her name and avoids being on all utility bills and such. He did possess his own cellular phone but I don't know which carrier he used. He uses a private mailbox as the cell phone address and where he has received all his mail in the past. That address is: 17171 NE Ballinger Way, Seattle (Lake Forest Park). It's in the Hallmark store at the corner of Ballinger Way and Bothell Way.
At the current time, Donald is more than $50,000 behind in back child support (I really haven't counted). This has deprived his children of educational and other opportunities. I have done my best to support them on my income and give them what they need. The state child support agency was given all this information and never followed through. When I got a job and stopped welfare, they ended their service, which they weren't performing anyway, so I didn't try to get them to do more. They claim he owes *them* all the money I should've gotten while I was on welfare, even though I only collected some $4,000 and he owed $18,000 by that point in time.
Donald may be living in Washington, Oregon, or where his parents live in Harlem, Georgia (possibly Atlanta). His parents helped hide him one time when he was wanted by police for questioning when he had assaulted me. His father's name is Clarence Henderson Presley and his mother is Beatrice Lillian (Searles) Presley. Donald is listed in their wills to collect. They own their home and property outright and have substantial savings. At the time they hid him, he successively found work in Atlanta and rented a room in someone's home to evade his name on any contracts or utilities. He used our eldest son's social security number for his employer.
Donald is guilty of tax evasion, child abandonment, non-payment of child support, and fraud using another's social security number. There is an arrest warrant for him for non-payment of child support. Anyone who says he should be let off the hook believes criminals should be protected and allowed to continue being menaces to society.
