Don Galloway AKA Donavon DEAD BEAT CHILD SUPPORT ripoff abused & mistreated only cares about himself Dad Jacksonville Florida
Okay he did it again. His motive, certainly not his child. He came back into the life of my ( i say my b/c he has never been around) 6 year old son.
After 4 long years, owes $22,000, he comes back into his life. Why you ask. He says he has changed. Lets see...........
Well we went to court, they put him in jail for 4 months.......
after this they gave him phonme priviledges. My son didn't want to talk to him so he stopeed calling, never payed me any child support the whole time in was in Beaufort, South Carolina. I had to get it deducted from his check while he was working at Applebees. Well he was a waitor there. So I got about $20 a week for about 2 months.
Guess what time for the court hearing to come around again....your goingto jail because you haven't been paying again and still haven't paid arreage....well I want to sign my rights over.tells the judge this.so the judge gives him 30 days to do so.
Well in the courts eyes 30 days is about 3 months, well at least in Beaufort COunty South Carolina. He never has signed his rights over, and doesn't show up for the court hearing. SO lets get this straight , you owe $22,000 and it is still going up, you have NO rights to your son, your son doesn't want anything to do with you and you say you want to sign your rights over.
Well he never did, he has a bench warrant out for him now and GUESS WHAT...... he left town.
So what is his motive...sounds like to get back at me doesn't it.
You are a worthless piece of trash DOn (aka Donavon) Galloway and I hope you get everything coming to you in this life.
How dare you do this to your child. WORTHLESS MAN.
If you happen to run into him jsut let him know he needs to be careful because he will end up in the federal prison soon. Its going FEDERAL!
