Complaint Review: Don Cameron Worst Person In The Department Of Insurance Of Georgia Will Not Do His Job - Atlanta Georgia

It is clear to me that you have a very difficult life and that you are a very conflicted and angry young man. As an example, you went on line and filed a complaint about Chaz and Ashley Hawthorne and the stand your ground law. And, as well, you continue to complain and spread lies about me after I am retired. You need to get a life and get on with your life, young fellow. No reasonable or smart person behaves the way you do. So get yourself some counseling, take a safe driving course or, better, get off the road, and stop harassing honest decent individuals like myself.  Remember, Charles, you cannot make a success of yourself when you are continually employed and preoccupied with being a victim. Take care boy.

Don your threats don't scare or intimidate me! You are the one who won't leave me alone & are proving what scum you are & how you wronged me in dealing with the other party's insurance company who you said did nothing wrong. Then said I screamed at you which is a lie. You help insurance companies get away with ruining people's lives!

They are probably dozens of complaints against the insurance company I complained about. You have no right to upset or rile anyone up and get their blood pressure up then say I screamed at you! All insurance commissioners' offices have someone lie to you (A BAD APPLE).

You are the most comprised insurance commissioner consumer investigator I saw. Then coming on here talking to me the way you have done.  You have just proved what I complained about you in my complaint. A low-life corrupt investigator who helps protect insurance companies, not the home owner or accident victims.

Maybe I need to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner office about you. Going online making insults to accident victims and telling them it's their fault. You're too ignorant to see that Progressive did blame their insurance but you're to busy personally insulting me and giving me a hard time when I filed a complaint and you said Progressive did nothing wrong!

I can't believe how so-called professional people would behave in such a manner. Then you have these n**i grammar thugs. But I'm the one who always is in the wrong place at the wrong time when other drivers hit me!

What don cameron is trying to say. Is don't bother trying to file a complaint against the crooked/criminal insurance companies. They will not help you! You are forced to have car insurance for stuff like this. But insurance companies fight not to pay you! If the insurance commissioner office doesn't have any enforcement of insurance companies to make them compensate accident victims fairly when their insured causes them an accident.   they need to be shut down. They are just stealing taxpayer money!

The phenix city municipal court lets people falsely accuse you. This is called "CORRUPTION" Because of the police siding with the hawthornes this is what lead me to be assaulted and verbally abused by my other neighbors who live next to chaz and ashley hawthorne. They have caused nothing but hate for us. 

Alabama has a stand your ground law. Which you have the right to defend yourself and scream back at anyone who starts screaming and using foul language against you.

If these personal attacks upon me you have placed do not cease you will give me no other option but to seek legal counsel. Please govern yourselves accordingly.

Accident victims have been sent to the poor house because of insurance companies waiting to long to settle a claim. But they have help from people like don cameron in the insurance commissioner offices to ruin accident victims. While they just go on living there live not caring about the accident victims that they have ruin. These are sleaze ball scum buckets. I didn't have a positive experience with don cameron, he just made my situation worse. 

Don cameron is the abuser here trying to victimized me again. And the rats on this site who told them about how I reported him on here. He can't move on wth his life so he feels the need to come back and abuse me more.  He wasn't a very good investigator. He can take him being retired and shove it up his A** for the people he sent to the poor house.

Find a more productive use of your time. Let it go. Enroll in a safe driving course. And one more thing: stop yelling at people.

Don Cameron unjustly hung up on me and the put it in writing that I screamed at him. Poor baby look at how unfair and unjustly he spoke with me. And my son van verify that I wasn't screaming because he was on the phone and I recorded it.  Accident victims can't get justice because of people like don cameron in these insurance commissioner offices. That is why these iinsurance companies commit fraud on the accident victim because they refuse to compensate them for all damages.

They get the accident victim to sign the release and then tell them that they're insured was insured for $100,000 to cheat them out of a fair settlement. By state law of Ga the accident victim has the right to request a copy of how much they are covered. But they hire lawyers and everything else to cause more misery in a victims life. Insurance companies are scum of the earth!

Accident victims are powerless to get the compensation they deserve when dealing with big insurance companies. To add insult to injury the insurance commissioner office makes them poorer just so the insurance company can save their money. Its not fair. These insurance companies get away without fully compensating you.

And then after you sign the release they laugh at you about their insured driver was insured for a lot more. Insurance company adjusters are dirty devils.

I think you probably suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and that you hate men. A good psychiatrist might help. But first you need to want help. Maybe someone in your area can take you to the doctor. Golly, gee, Mary, I am so very touched you cannot stop writing about me. It shows how very much you deeply care for me. If you did not, you would stop writing.

I believe it is illegal to record phone conversations in Georgia unless you make the other person aware that you are recording them. No smart or reasonable person needs to record phone conversations.

I don't yell at anyone.  You were the one being abusive toward me and didn't want to hear my side of the story. Like most sexist men who think all of us woman are "STUPID".  And I didn't "SCREAM" at you and you know it. Its also abusive to "RUDELY HANG UP ON A CONSUMER IS TRYING TO SOLVE  A PROBLEM.

We pay these insurance companies to help defend us in case we ever hit somebody or if somebody hits us. But you insurance commissioner people let them get away with ruining peoples lives and they have to go around, with damaged cars.

I also don't like being falsely accused of things that I have not done. I will be recording my conversations if I ever have a problem in the future. It legal to record your phone calls in georgia.

Don had the phone on speaker to where my voice can be louder. But he didn't wan't to hear anything that I had to say. I don't take kindly to people falsely accusing me of "SCREAMING" at them when they are the ones who have been rude to me. Anyway the insurance company did pay the rest "PROGRESSIVE" and made my parents pay $1200 when their insured totaled our car and progressive fought tooth and nail not to pay for us a new car.

WE WASN'T GOING TO BE LEFT STRANDED WITHOUT A VEHICLE.

We also wasn't just going to hand over the car when the body shop people said they would not repair it due to wires and PROGRESSIVE was going to kill us because they could not put the wires back together 

Most people have to drive with damage cars because these greedy insurance companies don't want to pay for the damage that their insured has caused them. The Insurance Commissioner is guilty for not enforcing laws on these insurance companies who commite fraud by not paying for peoples damage or replacement cost. Or leave them in "FINANCIAL RUINS"

If they are still paying for the car in the event that it gets totaled in a car accident.  And the insurance company drives the person mentally insane by not paying off the loan. Even though a "WOMAN" manager at prograssive over ruled their smart mouth adjuster who put the blame on my son.

The women backed into my son when he had the right of away. He was already moving so he didn't have to stop. She should had stopped. Oh well ITS ALL UNDER THE BRIDGE.

The person who wrote the complaint about me is Mary. She either now or formerly lived in Phoenix City, Alabama. Mary was not the subject who filed the complaint with the DOI, it was her Son, Bobby. Somewhere in the middle falls Gramps, who may be the Father of Mary. Neither Mary nor Gramps was the actual subject to the complaint but they became involved in contacting me because they evidently felt little Bobby (an adult) could not handle the situation. Bobby chose to believe his ignorant Mother.

Bobby had an accident and filed a claim with Progressive. Progressive initially considered the vehicle repairable and paid repairs. Later, there was additional damage found and the vehicle was declared a total loss, following the supplementary appraisal. By Georgia law the company can, at their choice, repair, replace or total the vehicle. Fair market value is a fact question resolved through the courts but that was not actually the issue here. Since repairs had already been paid, once the vehicle was considered a total loss, the company was entitled to deduct the repair figure and was perfectly within their rights to do so, so the claimant would not collect those damages twice. This was too difficult for Mary to understand, or she elected to ignore the correct information. Mary would not listen. Mary wanted to collect for repairs twice, by stating that the company was not entitled to deduct them off the total loss settlement.

Mary screamed at me over the telephone that they could not deduct for the prior damages already paid. She screamed at me with such ferocity that an employee two work stations away could hear her screaming at me. She, Gramps and Bobbly callied the office repeatedly and over several months sent well over 100 email messages, at all hours, presumbly because they did not have much to occupy their free time. They harassed repeatedly my late Supervisor, myself, and others. As you can readily tell by Mary's grammar and usage, she projects herself as being uneducated, very borish and very uncooth. "Being screwed" is the verbiage of a very common person.

So far as my being a pig racist that hates women, that is absurd. For the record, I believe that I am the same race as Mary. I am Lay Minister, and am actively involved in a number of charities in my community, including those that strive to help minorities, the poor, and certainly women.  I have received numerous letters of compliment during my DOI employment from consumers, and have nearly one-third of a century of experience.

My undestanding is eventually Mary and Bobby took this to court. Mary called wanting to file a complaint against the Judge thereafter. There was nothing we could do to pursue a complaint against the Judge. This is a lady who won't listen.  Reasonable and smart people know that frivilous lawsuits add to the cost of what everyone pays for goods and services. Mary evidently gave the court a good laugh at her expense.

This complaint is absolute nonsense.

The insurance commissoner office Is suppose to help people,   not punish them and to make sure insurance companies do the right thing they are on the insurance company side not the consumer.  I was not treated fairly.

The insurance commissoner Is here only to help,  "SCREW" us over.  They help insurance companies get away with treating us "WRONG" & "UNFAIRLY".

The,   Insurance Commissoner helps Insurance Companies.  Get away with treating people like crap.  So don't come here telling how,  good off a person he Is.  He didn't "HELP" me,  my problems only got worse.  So you are "FULL" of It.

I have dealt with this gentleman and that most indeed he is. I found him professional, soft spoken, extremely polite and well mannered with great communication skills. He is proactive and he helped me a great deal when I contacted him in 1996 and again last year. He very truthfully told me what he could and could not do, then he did what he could. He gave me a lot of very good information and sources to obtain a good idea of what my claim was worth. He explained several laws for me in a way that I could clearly understand them.  He never gave me a hard time. In fact, I was suprised and delighted by the service I received. I never expected to be helped so much by a state agency.
