Don't give them any more money they REFUSED ME SERVICE cancled my food order then refunded my money. put a hold on my money for a week. my order # EC3022129 on 10/04/2016 my order was food.  left me with no money to buy food because i spent all my money on this food order. going to attach email copys as valid proof. they have so much of money they even turn away customers. they turn away a hungery customer. there is no excuse for it. my bbb.org complaint was placed in the trash.  the fact still remains they have plenty of money and should not advertise a product they cant get to sell.

They only charged you for the items that were shipped.  The other items were NOT in stock according to their email which you posted yourself!!!!!! Stop playing the victim and grow up.

my refund still took a week.

You're reading a lot into the e-mail that's not there. The warehouse is temporarily out of two items you ordered. Per good business practices they cancelled that part of your order and told you that you wouldn't be charged for it. They did NOT refuse service. And they did not take a week to refund your money. When you placed the order, an authorization or hold was placed by your bank for the amount. Holds usually last 3 business days. If the money is requested before then the amount posts from your account. If it is not requested the hold expires letting the amount go back to your available balance. If the hold is lasting a week, you need to talk to your bank, not to Dollar Tree that has nothing to do with it.

Again, you ordered something they didn't have in stock, they told you and told you that you wouldn't be charged. Sounds like they've practiced good business and customer service. And, no, I do not work for them.
