I must say your complaint doesn't sound very reasonable. You got rid of your dog. Why? And why do you deserve a refund just because you were a dog owner who chose to get rid of the dog? Most services are a no-refund service. You should have a contract and I'm sure that you do that states that. Too bad you just want money because your dog is gone, but that was a choice you made.

I have researched this client and found that she did enroll in our services and used all of her lessons by no showing the trainer several times. Our contract is very clear in that no showing the trainer is counted as a lesson. However after reviewing her case we made an exception and offered a prorated refund. She made it clear at this point that she was making it her mission in life to slander my company. It is interesting that the BBB refused to register her complaint.
Our company has an excellent track record of customer satisfaction and great results with training the clients dog. Our first visit is Free. Our office hours are 9-5 m-f 1-800-383-3647
