The company DODGE was sent several letters complaining that "Off-Road Adventures" retained an Unsatisfactory Performance Record with the BBB for failing to answer consumer complaints and other SERIOUS matters. DODGE continued to advertise and sell their products through this company, "As business as usual."

The State Agency, Bureau of Automotive Repair is in the final days of completing their several month long Fraud investigation into the company known as 4 Wheel Parts Performance Centers/Transamerican Auto Parts Inc. This company operates a nationwide off-road store chains, Including but not limited to the SELLING of factory truck warranties redeemable at all major nationwide dealerships, and is also in the business of selling aftermarket parts/accessories to dealerships nationwide.

Several questionable issues delayed and/or interfered with the State Agencies abilities to complete their full investigation into this business entities transactions/conduct. One such example was the, Failure to produce documents/invoices in timely manner and/or the deliberate withholding of these documents to gain a strategic advantage, which is a violation of the business and professions code.

President Gregory W. Adler of 4 Wheel Parts Performance Centers/Transamerican Auto Parts Inc. has vehemently denied any wrong doing to date and has stated via the internet that, The customer is number one at 4 Wheel Parts.

However, his statement completely contradicts his companies Better Business Bureau Company Reliability Report of having an Unsatisfactory Performance Record which the report includes the following specifics below:

*Delivery Issues,*Difficulty Obtaining Refunds,*Overcharging,*Poor Installation,

*Poor Customer Service,*Billing Disputes,*Failure to Deliver Ordered Merchandise *Missing Items, and Incorrect Items.

Furthermore, Mr. Gregory W. Adler's statement of, The Customer is Number 1 is once again contradicted by the 15 Violations issued by the State Agency, Bureau of Automotive Repair.

This is just some of the following State Agencies final report violation subject matter that will be available via subpoena:

Written False and Misleading Statements etc.

Failure to Provide Written and Revised Signed Estimates etc.

Charging for Items Not Specifically Described etc.

Installation of Non-Calibrated (Zero-Mile) Odometer, installed on factory leases.

Several severe offenses were committed; unfortunately no enforcement action was taken due to the fact that there are no laws/enforcement regulations and/or legislation on the books to date.

The State Investigator audited the annual idler arm sales records between a major dealership and 4 Wheel Parts. Service Manager stated (name withheld), That after approximately (600) 1500 series idler arms were sold to 4 Wheel Parts, they began to return them for credit/exchange. Service Manager continued, I know that you are not installing these parts on factory stock trucks, but installing them on trucks with larger wheels and tires that puts a huge strain/wear on these parts causing them to wear prematurely.

Not only am I going to stop crediting you these idler arm parts, I'm going to stop selling them to you altogether. 4 Wheel Parts were purchasing factory stock parts and stating that they were Heavy Duty to handle the larger wheels and tires. ANOTHER VIOLATION issued by the State Agency.

10 other violations were issued similar in nature.

Please make the necessary contractual changes and/or cease to do business with such companies who seek to obtain huge profit gains at terrible expense/losses to hard working business entities. Companies who retain such lousy Unsatisfactory Performance Records with the Better Business Bureau should not even be considered as business candidates. He who plays in the dirt shall also get dirty as well.

Daimler Chrysler is crooked, and a big business rip-off. The forced me to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, when all these yrs. my #1 priority in life is perfect credit. I look forward to Chryslers Failure.

I built my business around Dodge dually trucks and Cummins Diesel. They advertsie these trucks and market as Heavy Duty, when a clutch fails in the 2007 model before the 10,000 mile warranty on a clutch (Hidden with the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty) What a scam they run.   The Cummins Diesel never failed me, nor do I believe it would ever have.  Its everything behind the Diesel that is junk and designed for failure, literrally. I have proof of an attempt to defraud the insurance and documented change of story to do so, because of 1 of the two trucks I purchased from Freedom Dodge here in Lexington Kentucky, total lemons and bankruptcy protected. As an end result, I am forced to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, due to their truck they sold me.  So many people have suffered from automobile companys and cant get heard.  Its killing America, and they have killed me.  I once had perfected credit andworked hard in life for it, and due to the purchase of their trucks, I am forced to throw it all away and file chapter 7 on them.  Just seen in the news where they are caught up in a big bribery charge...there time is near...you cant carry on with bad business and continue to do so.   They will soon join my "Proof of Purpse" page within the website that I created against bad business and for each and every American becoming a victim of bad business.  Once the professionals complete revising of the site that is now live, and put the professional touch on it, Chrysler will then be apart of the (((REDACTED))) site. I hope to also have the opportunity to team up with companies like www.ripoffreport.com within (((REDACTED))) , in the attempt to help the American people when a victim of bad business, be a voice for the American people thats thinking of doing business with a bad business, and help the American recover and avoid bad business. Hang in there, there day is nearing!!!
