Do hard money Ryan G Wright Beware West Jordan
Here is my experience with this fraudulent company that baited and switched on me. Spoke to a representative went over the program, I had some misgiving over the $3,000 price and about being able to find a home to fit the criteria. So I was transferred to Ryan and spoke very clearly to him and was told " do not worry, give us a try for three months if you do not find a property give us a call back and we will work it out. You cant loose, you would have to not want to do a deal if you cant find one." They made it sound like properties were abundant and with their help we would find one and it would all be smooth sailing.
Not so true, as soon as I paid I received one phone call telling me about the website then nothing for three months until I called back asking for a refund, to which I was told no.
Good luck if you are trying to deal with this company, but beware they are scammers.
