do hard money pd 3k to have EVERY deal turned down they last one was the straw that broke the camels back..great house with 24k in profit BUT there systems gives it a big no sine it is in what they say i a rural area Internet
many attempts to get funding but this last time i the straw that broke the camels back...this company called us an talked us into spnding 3k for funding hel...a real dog sn pony show via phone
just put through a great deal with 24k potential profit but it was a big fat no anthe reason was......area of purchase was a rural area...wow they obviously do not know people in Texas are fleeing the big cities for rural area which this town is building like wildfire......i truly believe this company is a 100% scam an ripped us off for 3k
