NEVER IN OUR LIFETIME HAVE WE BEEN RIPPED OFF. THAT WAS BAD ENOUGH SO WE REACHED OUT TO THE PEOPLE AT DIXON WHO BLOW THEIR OWN HORN ON THEIR MISLEADING WEBSITE GUARANTEE BLAH BLAH.... SINCE 1956.. ITS ALL BS. IN FACT THEY ARE SO CLEVER THAT THEY HAVE THEIR OWN STAFF RIGHT THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE. ALLOW US TO POST SOME OF WHATS ON GOOGLE. AND REMEMBER WE ARE NOT THE PEOPLE IN COLLECTIONS WE ARE THE CUSTOMER THAT PAID THEM IN ADVANCE! 

 

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN JAIL. HERES A FEW SNAPS FROM GOOGLE TO ETC. THE PICTURE REVIEW IS FROM YELLOWPAGES.CA WHO PROBABLY WONT EVEN POST OUR REVIEW AS ITS SO TRUTHFUL AS TO HOW RUDE THESE PEOPLE ARE NEVER MIND UNGRATEFUL THAT IT WILL GO UNPUBLISHED. BUT HERE AT RIPOFF.COM THIS WILL GARNER TOP SEO AND GIVE THEM THE BLACK EYE THEY SO RIGHTFULLY DESERVE. TOO BAD OTHERS THAT POSTED - REVIEWS DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS SITE. WHAT GOES UP HERE COST A FORTUNE TO TAKE DOWN. AND NO ONE DESERVES THIS MOER THAN THE WONDERUL FOLKS AT DIXON LIKE DEALING WITH HILLBILLY'S THAT SELL MOONSHINE.

 

LAUGH ALL YOU LIKE BUT HERES WHAT OTHER ARE SAYING AND WE COULD NOT AGREE MORE SO OTHER THAN TO SHARE THEM WITH YOU HERE. ITS STRESSFUL ENOUGH WHEN SOMEONE TAKES OFF WITH YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEED TO HIRE COLLECTIONS TO DO IT. BUT ITS ANOTEHR THING WHEN THE COLLECTIONS AGENCY TREATS YOU LIKE SH##T AND YOU NEED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT TOO. WHAT A SAD WORLD WE LIVE IN AND HOW A BUSINESS LIKE THIS CAN SURVIVE IS ONLY BASED ON LCD.

I still didn't get paid for the the file that was paid in December. Whenever I call they ask me to email customer service to follow up. I sent more than 10 mails so far. They do not keep accurate records, they will not work with their clients to help collect outstanding debts, they are exceedingly difficult to contact, and they will not treat you with respect. They knowingly accept fraudulent documents as proof of payment from debtors and have a policy of not even meeting face-to-face with their clients - the creditors whom they charge exorbitant amounts of money for services they do not even make an attempt at rendering. If you receive a cold call from them soliciting their services, do yourself a favour and hang up immediately.

EDIT: You absolutely did accept fraudulent documents knowingly and I have the communications to prove it. Good customer relations means not making excuses for not returning calls, but fixing the issue that you are clearly aware of. Additionally, you have clearly undertaken a campaign of fake reviews on Google to artificially boost your poor ratings. It is obvious from the new accounts that have only made positive reviews of Dixon companies. You are now publicly reinforcing your shameful and dishonest business practices.

EDIT 2: Over 50 positive reviews within the last 2 weeks? The shilling is pathetically obvious guys. If you put this much effort into actually collecting money for your clients then you wouldn't have to spam google with fraudulent reviews to boost your abysmal rating.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________- Jeffrey Nead Local Guide · 88 reviews · 3 photos 11 months ago- ATTN PROPERTY MANAGERS who are considering using Dixon for your collection needs, I URGE you to reconsider. They do not communicate at all, they do not update you ever on collection services, its almost impossible to get someone on the phone. They are also unethical and here is my direct experience with them. 5 years ago, I sent them a collection order. Dixon had that order for a week, I asked them to remove it, the owner of the property decided not to collect, essentially we sent this order over in error before asking the owner if he wanted to collect the debit, however we caught it within a week of Dixon having the order. I asked them to remove the order and shortly after , I received a bill for the total amount of the collection order. I fought with them about the bill and had it removed 5 years ago and have the paperwork to show that my bill was removed. Now speed to present day, they just recently sent me this bill again sighting that since I removed the job , I am required to pay them in full for collection now that they have invested time and money into the order. It took me 9 calls to finally speak to a manager, he looked into it and he didn't even have the gumption to call me back, they send emails from a support email from Dixon that does not have any contact info, they do not say who they are, no name or signature at all. Their decision " after reviewing your case , the situation still remains the same and this is our final decision. So essentially, I am being billed for an account that was removed 5 years ago to which I provided proof of the removal by their staff via email and statements showing a zero balance. This company should be closed in my opinion. The entire process is lacking accountability, honesty and frankly good quality business process's. In my business , my customers are are always right, I respect their complaint and try my best to make it right. Dixon has no intention to treat you fair, its all about the money and God help you if you send them a collection order and want to remove it.

I have a feeling that this company post a lot of fake reviews for themselves. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! THIS IS A REAL REVIEW.

They took on a non-paying client of ours for an amount of 25,000.00 and promised the world. They said they would report non payment to a credit agent. Which 16 months later still has not happened. We signed up for their PHASE THREE for small claims court because no progress was happening. They confirmed they could get a ruling against them at the time. Then 10 months later i find out nothings happen! Now they said to pay upfront for it. Now my Phase Three account is being charged 40% commission? For what? No feedback from them! No negative reporting! And no results. There terms stated 25% for account over 10,000.00, But they failed to mention there charges are tiered. 40% for amounts between 300.00 to 10000.00?

THEY NEVER SEND ANY UPDATES ON ANYTHING!!!. The company that owes us is an oilfield company in Lloydminster, that started a pilot site that they never really had full funding for. So a bunch of companies in Lloydminster got Screwed. Two+ years later now, most other companies have been paid in Full. Some accounts were over half a million. Talking with these other companies, their lawyers got them rulings and liens which got them paid! Meanwhile I chose the wrong place to deal with and i'm sitting un-paid. One payment of 5000.00 was send and Dixon Commercial wants 40%. I've reached out to them to explain what services they provided. Like i said earlier they have never update us or done anything? So far from what I can tell they sent an email last August. A couple of phone calls and three emails in 16 months is worth a 2000.00 commission? on 5000.00? plus 700.00 for a subscription? When i sign up for phase three i though some action would happen. I guess not!

Their 'only success in collecting' is extorting money from their own paying clients!! They will take your excessively high membership fee. Do nothing to successfully collect your accounts. Eventually they will send you a bogus bill and give you made up excuses to try and justify them billing you! They have no methods of contact once they screw their own paying customers over. You as a company that hire them still will have to pay the per cent or mere that they charge
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Steve P 4 reviews a year ago- My review is based solely on my experience with Dixon Commercial and their attempts to solicit me as a customer. I can not comment in anyway on their effectiveness of collecting debt.

I received an unsolicited cold call from Dixon Commercial trying to entice me to use their services, I told them upfront I am not interested in paying a fee of over $600.00 plus a % of debts they collected on my behalf for their services. I told them I considered this double dipping. I replied I was open to paying them a % on the debt they actually collected as this is their incentive for getting paid. No collect, No pay.

Dixon Commercial was not agreeable to my terms as above. If a company can't put their money where their mouth is, to me that is a telling sign. Their response to my position was we have being doing it this way for over 60 years and we have been successful.

1. If you are as successful as you claim then you shouldn't need to cold call me.

2. If you are as good as you claim you should not require an upfront fee as your debt collecting prowess should be lucrative enough you don't require a fee.

Please do not cold call me again as I am not interested in using your company.

We had taken these to court before hand and won so they said would be a walk in the park to collect and should get payment within a month. This was 5 months ago. After many phone calls and emails to them NO-ONE has got back to us.   THERE ARE SO MANY MORE....BUT I THINK YOU GET THE IDEA...THEY HAVE MANY 5 STAR REVIEWS CLAIMING HOW GREAT THEY ARE. BUT WE ALL KNOW YOU CANT HAVE 5 STAR REVIEWS AND THAN 1 STAR..THE RATIO JUST ISNT REALISTIC. ANYONE KNOWS THAT WHICH LEADS US TO BELEIVE YOU CAN HANG YOUR HAT MORESO ON THE WHATS BEEN SAID --- REVIEWS..THAN THE GOOD ONES. THEY MIGHT HAVE VERY WELL DONE A GREAT JOB FOR SOME PEOPLE BUT THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY CLIENTS SAYING THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE AND EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT. Whats even worse is if the good reviews were real you'd see replies to the bad reviews . If you care about your reputation you address all reviews and the - ones even more seriously. Negative reviews reach 9 people without electronic interaction. Good reviews reach 3. Do the math...its fair to say they have some REAL CONCERNS HERE and theres 1001 business out there that might not have been around this long which is a wonder to our detriment but one things for sure. Its nice to be nice especially to people that CAME TO YOU FOR HELP DIXON COMMERICAL AND TRUSTED YOU AFTER THEY WERE TAKEN ONCE but to be taken again and treated as to the above? Time to hire the church to take your calls.
