Altitude Marketing LLC Dishcostsless.com 49.99 processing fee rip off through altitude marketing for dishnetwork tv lockport New York
A little over a month ago I went online to purchase dish network tv satellite services through this bogus dishcostsless.com website. After numerous calls and voicemails I decided to call in and see what deals they had. After being upsold from the package I wanted the representative signed me up for the tv service charged me for it then said I would have to pay a “49.99 processing fee” to setup the account. I told them I did not want to pay it I was then transferred to a ”manager” whole could only “cut it in half” after going back and forth with this person i said ok to the 24.99 amount.
I woke up the next morning and checked my account to see two charges one from dish network and one from dishcostless.com for $49.99. Immediately I call them to rectify the situation and was greeted by a very rude and obnoxious customer service rep. After battling with them for one hour they said it was nothing they can do. After all this I called Dish Network the actual company to find out if I had just called them directly instead of this dishcostsless.com I would have never had to deal with this mess because they don’t charge a $49.99 processing fee. Altitude Marketing LLC and dishcostsless.com is a huge scam stay far far away!!!
