Dish Network Never get dishnetwork. They just screwed us out of a locked-in price where they promised all the movie channels. We signed up in October of last year and every three months I was forced to call all in and explain that the movie channel went with the package Nationwide
Never get dishnetwork. They just screwed us out of a locked-in price where they promised all the movie channels. We signed up in October of last year and every three months I was forced to call all in and explain that the movie channel went with the package and had to talk to endless reps and supervisors. Finally, I get a rep in May that said I never had to call again and that the movie packages would auto renew. They didn't. I just got off the phone after escalating to three supervisors who said they cannot honor what was promised because that was their partner who offered us the package and they are not responsible for what they promised. And they can't listen to their original recording because it belongs to their partner. So today, three people at an unfortunate telecenter filled with wankers told me they would be happy to cancel my account for 300. With pleasure. I will never go to the cable companies. Turns out 92 a month locked-in price, for Premium Channels, was too good to pass up and too good to be true it seems. I'm going to Apple TV now and they cable companies can suck it.

It to bad that it as to come to this. Dish says they support Veteran's that work for them , so I got the boot. If you can't support me, then why should I waste my time. So whenever a customer calls and complains about Dish or DirecTV. I go out and take down the Satellite dish. Then I install a TV Antenna and whatever internet TV they want. Customers are getting really sick of it all. So if Dish doesn't want to make the customer happy, then I will. Maybe one day you will understand what teamwork is all about. Hopefully before you go under and have no one to blame , but yourself. Good for you.
