Dishnetwork Does Not care if you get service!
I will keep this short...no long details. We purchased DishNetwork and it never worked properly because they installed it improperly. We could not get anyone to come fix the problem, so I had them cancel service. We had already paid a month in advance; not to mention we had paid several months and NEVER got good enough reception to really watch TV.
I asked them to remove the Dish and disconnect us and refund my money. They removed the Dish, disconnected us, but left the Dish on my front porch and no money back.
I have documented all of the MANY calls I have made to try to get this rectified. The last response I got was, "I'll look into this and call you right back." That has been over a month ago and no word from DishNetwork.
I have written to everyone from the President of the company on down and no response. DO NOT GET DISH NETWORK TV!
