I have had Direcway for just over 1 year. Pulled the plug a couple of days ago. Speed not enough faster than dial up to pay the extra cash. Called Direcway and was charged $700 to cancel, said they would send me boxes to send back equipment and get some of it back. Clouds are bad weather no connection at all. Company advertised high speed....(WRONG)! Where is a Class Action Law Suit...I'm ready.
