It's no wonder that customers and employee's are complaining. When your to busy putting your face on Undercover Boss.
Then your only concern is the bottom line . What else do you expect but to watch the company go down in flames.
I went out on a upgrade Directv had done. The Tech disconnected the kitchen from the equipment. The customer said the Tech looked dumbfounded about the wiring I had done. He eliminated the wiring and equipment.
I had to go out and rewire the equipment back to the kitchen. The customer was once again was happy with my work. I really can't fault the Tech for something he was never taught to do.
I'm no longer a Independent Dealer for Directv. But as long as customers complain and don't mine paying me. I'll have a job.
Keep up the good work Directv your making my living for me. Some of us care even if you don't want me.
