I have been a long time customer of direct tv without any issues. I actually really liked them and found no issues calling them or with my service. But today I received my first bill now that they have changed over to Att&t and my usual bill of $96 a month was now $170! So upon taking a closer look I saw that they were billing me for two pay per view events I never ordered. A UFC fight for over $60 and an adult movie. So I call them and someone with a foreign accent answers and needless to say after speaking to 5 different representatives 3 different times they were of no help and actually very rude. They said it was ordered from remote but cannot tell me what time it was "ordered ". Now I have been researching online and there are many people with same complaint. There is also a report about how hackers can gain access to direct tv dvr and do whatever they want and that directtv knows about it and has not done anything about it. So I am thinking there needs to be a class action lawsuit against directtv because they know that they have a security issue and many customers who have reported large amounts of pay per view movies billed to them that they never ordered.
