ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO WE RECIEVED A PAMPHLET FROM KROGERS SHOWING ALL THE DIFFERENT DISCOUNTS WITH COMPANIES WHEN USING YOUR KROGER PLUS CARD. ONE OF THOSE WAS FREE EQUIPTMENT AND INSTALLATION FROM DIRECT TV. SO WE CALLED THE 800 # AND SET AN APPT FOR INSTALLATION.

IN THE 6 MONTHS WE OBTAINED SERVICE WE HAD TO CALL AND HAVE SOMEONE COME FOR A SERVICE CALL BECAUSE WE WERE NOT RECIEVEING ANY OF THE LOCAL CHANNELS OR HBO THAT WE WERE PAYING FOR.

EACH TIME THEY CAME IT WAS FIXED FOR ABOUT 24 HRS AND AFTER THAT ALL WE GOT WAS A MESS SAYING PLEASE WAIT SEARCHING FOR SATELLITE SIGNAL.

THE LAST TIME I CALLED THEY REFUSED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT AGAIN UNLESS I WANTED TO PAY A 50.00 FEE. AT THIS POINT WE WERE GETTING NO CHANNELS AT ALL..... AND YES WE PAID OUR BILL IT WAS ALWAYS PAID UP TO DATE.

I FEEL THAT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKS FRIENDLINESS, PROFESIONALISM, AND MANY OTHER WORDS THAT ARE NOT VERY APPROPRIATE. THE ENTIRE CO. LACKS MANY OF THE IMPORTANT FACTORS THAT PEOPLE LOOK FOR.

WE WILL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER CO AGAIN FOR SATELLITE SERVICE AFTER 6 MO OF HELL AND A 60.00 BILL FOR SERVICE WE NEVER RECIEVED.
