This company is trying to take my money away after I have completed All delivery. They are starting that one of their trailer was damaged by my driver on February 19,2018 but we talked to the store if theirs was a report made because according to Direct Transport they were contacting the store on February 21,2018 and that the store had confirmed it. So our company went to the store physically on February 22, 2018 and all 3 stores were all managers stated that on February 19, 2018 they did receive shipment from our company but no accident occurred, this company hires owner operators and then when damage occurs they want to force owners operators to take liability of damages no matter if your not at fault, the owner calls you from the prison and starts to tell either you pay for it or you get the f*** out of my business he fires you and will garnish your wages. I stated that since I’m not liable I should be able to be garnish with my wages because we were not at fault of the damages. Even if I don’t win I would love Prove this company that they should belittle owner operator we need from their services but they also need from us but for them not to try to impose power and to threat us by firing and garnish our wages is unfair. Since we are the third party logistics they get paid and we get screwed. Please can someone help us.
