Direct Office Supply - toner pirates!
Someone called our office saying that they were from our copier supply company. They said that the toner we ordered wasn't in and would ship today (it was supposed to arrive this particular morning). They said that there had been a price increase, but they didn't get the notice out to us in time, so they would be sure to charge us the old rate of $419 instead of $459.50. They were sure to emphasize that I had to sign and return the fax they were sending me right away so the order could ship out. The fax came in and the company name was unfamiliar to me. They called several times to hurry me to get the fax signed and returned to them immediately. Moments later (thank god!), FedEx arrived with my toner... from our actual supplier. The order was for only $150, not over $400 as I was quoted. When I called to confront this other company about it, they put me on hold endlessly, and never called me back when I finally hung up. A call to our supplier confirmed that they are "toner pirates" that try to scam companies all the time!

i was also scamed from them .the owners name is trish hutton snair.the address where these's crooks work is 1017 north la cienga ave in west hollywood, ca.they sold me toner i ctg.for $1298.00 there was only 1 in the box.now what can we do?get those crooks.idid try to return it.im still stuck with this $1200.00 toner.
