Direct Ad Network Michael Lerman Non- Fulfillment of Contract and Harassment of Employees Cherry Hill New Jersey
We are very dissatisfied with the service this company has provided. We initially met with our representative from Direct Ad Nework on April 8, 2018 to discuss placing ads on various venue televisions across central New Jersey. A couple months after our ad was created and supposedly up and running we sat down in one of the venues and for 2 hours did not see our ad play.
We were initially guaranteed about every 45 minutes our ad would play. Our representative, Mike Lerman, insisted that the ad was and has been running and agreed to accommodate us for the time we had been advertising by adding 3 free months at the END of the contract. We do not believe this is a suitable repayment because that does not help recover the funds we wasted on advertising believing our ad was being played with no actual proof until July 25th, 2018.
At that time Mike sent us an email with photo evidence that the ad was now playing in the venue we visited. the only proof we had received thus far. We reached out to Michael wanting a refund for the services we paid his company without any actual proof to show that our ad had been running,just his word that everything was fine. We completely lost trust in this company, and repayment by extending our contract with them is not suitable.
After numerous attempts to amend this issue via phone calls to the corporate number listed on their website, emails to their corporate office email, and Facebook messaging their corporate page, we never heard back. We did not pay the next bill as we were still waiting for their corporate office to respond to one of our multiple complaints. In turn, Michael sued 2 of our employees, neither of whom are capable of providing payments to him, considering they themselves are just paid employees of our company. He is harassing our employees that merely served as middlemen for communication.
